Our LeafGaurd gutters were installed over a month ago. Work was paid in full upon completion.

First rainfall showed problems with corner seams and down spouts. Upon contacting the company we were assured someone would visit to go over the problems. Being assured that the problem would be addressed and corrected within two weeks. An appointment was made for a workman to make the necessary corrections and we would be contacted the day previous to his arrival.

We received NO call. When we contacted the company we were advised the Workman had a loss in his family Shrug the previous evening, so a reschedule was necessary. The rescheduled date was reached and AGAIN NO contact! Calling the company we were advised “the Workman” was out of town at the funeral.

Third scheduled date has now arrived and being told four hours ago that he was on his way, we’re still waiting!!! Not even a complimentary call to advise of a delay.

I’m now finding that this company is in no way customer oriented. They have full payment but we don’t have a satisfactory job.
