Shocking customer service phone call when asking for a post storm leafguard gutter damage estimate appointment. The woman was snarky about making a point about how long it would be to get an appointment "let alone get it repaired" " because they're so busy with all the recent storms, don't I watch TV or pay attention to the news?" Followed by " thanks for ruin my day and making me cry!" Then she hung up on me.
After voicing concern of further water damage while waiting. More jaw dropping was when I called back to talk to the supervisor, which ended up being Adam an owner, the behavior was defended and supported.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
