We just REPLACED our LeafGuard gutters with a standard rain gutter. We had the LeafGuard system for YEARS. You'd think if they were that great, we'd buy them again when it came time to replace them. Nope. So, why weren't they so great? Simple. They don't really work as...

Update by user Jun 28, 2018

Update: when my messages were not returned (phone and text) , I finally called another corporate # and was told we were on the schedule for 7/15 to hopefully do a repair. I had not been notified and that date didn’t work for me. Terry called me after that and we set a...

Leafguard caused waterfall at roof corner
Leafguard caused waterfall at roof corner
My builder Level Construction used Leafguard for my waterfront home on Lake Sammamish. Everytime it rains there's a heavy waterfall at the end of the gutter at the roof corner in the path that I have to walk through. I have called Beldon and sent pictures and they...

Faulty installation should be corrected by the company that did the installation. I would not want to waste any money on this product, when there are horror stories from customers.

The person that came out to measure must have been out of his mind. Our home is 1800 square feet. The gutters do not go all the way across the front of our home. The back of the house we have a Cathedral type window in the master, once again the gutters do not go...

They scammed my elderly mom out of $4k to put 2 straight pieces of gutter on a single wide trailer. Looks like about $200 worth of installation. Total scam and taking advantage of elderly.

I had a rep of Leaf Guard recently come out to my Pennsylvania home and after his BS — quoted me a price of over $4k !! Now, please understand I have an extremely small ranch house (2 x 24’ Straight Gutters already installed ) and needed another set of gutters to...

Ridiculously priced, over 3 times what the actual gutters cost. Very arrogant and overbearing sales rep.

They offer a lifetime warranty and a money back guarantee. Right! If they are rude when trying to make the sale, imagine trying to get your money back or making your lifetime warranty good. It's never going to happen.

After the sales talk, Troy, the sales rep, quoted me the price. Then, he asked me if I was interested. I said "No, thank you, sir". He asked me: "How much did you think it was going to cost?" I told him I didn't know and that's why I asked for the free estimate.

He got up and left my house without saying another word, goodbye or thank you. Very rude.

When I purchased the Leaf Gard Gutters on 7 May 18 - I specifically asked about the inside corners on the system. Kyle O'Dell, Project Consultant, told me if anything caused me problems, it would be taken care of. The inside corners are not like the gutters themselves...

I have had exactly the same problem with the inside corners. Leaf Guard’s claim that you never have to get on a ladder again is just not true.

If you have an inside corner, you always have to get up there and clean out the corner.

If you don’t, then water spills over and the concrete sidewalk below the corner will have to be power washed continually! Awful ....the high cost is not really worth it.

Leaf Guard system put on house 3 weeks ago and already have had them out to fix several issues. Crew that came out only told about one item on list of many issues. Blame everything except their installation. Very high pressure sales staff. Got the job and now no customer service just like my spouse said.
