Not sure how long problem has existed, but it came to life while repainting. Called Beldon, they said they sent an e-mail to "repair" department.
Got a call back, and service rep had completely jumbled my earlier call. Said they could come in the Spring to seal leaking end cap.
Also asked me to diagnose the problem. Told them I am a senior citizen who doesn't climb ladders.
Problem had been identified by a gutter repair person who indicated problem was that the gutter was "short" and didn't quite reach the wall so water coming from the roof was streaming through the interval between the end cap of the gutter and the wall.
Bottom line: Beldon will come and clean out blockage in the gutter. Otherwise, forget any satisfaction from them!
