I had leaf guard installed 7 years ago, complete with down spouts. Three years ago, I called and they answered the phone and came to repair the down spouts promptly.

Now, I have called many times over two weeks.

A lot of time. no body answers. Two time a woman answered and said" She will give the message". Now I realize that may be answering service.

One time, phone kept ringing and ringing and Kathy replied. She said " I am in corporate office. I am sorry, office did not reply. I will send them the repair ticket." No body called.

Over two weeks, I have made 5 calls and there is no response. This company sucks, Costco should not let them advertise in the store.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: They should come and fix the down spouts..

LeafGuard Cons: Not complying with warranty.
