In October 2012, Leafguard installed new gutters on my home in Carmel, NY. Within a week, there was a rain storm and water leaked into my kitchen through a light in the ceiling - very dangerous.
Since the roof was only a year old and had never leaked before, I knew the problem was caused by Leafguard's installer. I called Pete at Leafguard. He said his installer would come and look at it. I waited home three different days over the course of 2 months.
He never came.
For the past two months Pete will not even answer my phone calls.
Now I can't even find a corporate name to write to or call. THe only recourse I have will be to sue which is what I intend to do.
Monetary Loss: $4000.
