Existing customer with LeafGuard. Due to wind damage, asked for an estimate to replace one half of the gutters.
Estimate was given but at a very high price. Did not accept estimate due to considering adding an additional downspout to the estimate but need that additional pricing information first. Repeatedly asked for a second estimate and get a call center in Florida with people who have heavy accents who can't seem to get why we are asking for a second estimate. Promised over and over a rep will call us within 24-48 hours but they don't!
Why can't I speak directly with my local LeafGuard company myself and make this appt.? This is frustrating to no end!
I want to know the name of the president of this company so I can send a letter directly to him. Is that even possible!!!
